« Back to All Staff | | Three years ago, I was given the opportunity to join the Howard Orloff Imports family as the Office Manager. I brought with me 28 years of auto dealership experience. I have always enjoyed the day-to-day operations of the general office, as well as managing the challenges that arise along the way. It is the responsibility of the general office staff to put the finishing touches on the customer transaction, and equally as important, to insure that any follow up to the customer's purchase or lease experience and their relationship with the dealership is a positive one. I take great pride in maintaining that relationship, and find it rewarding when a customer leaves the dealership satisfied with their new car. In my spare time, I enjoy sporting events and spending time with my son, who is a senior at the University of Illinois. |
