"Robert, I just wanted to write to compliment you on taking care of my case last week. I dropped off my car early Monday for body work and picked it up Friday morning. I've been in the service department for mechanical issues a couple of times, and have always felt I received excellent service (Dean is my consultant). In this particular instance though, I really appreciate the way you handled my case--I'd had a minor accident and you explained what work would be done and an estimated time frame. I even pointed out a few minor non-accident marks on the car and you made sure they were taken care of.  Everything was handled in a timely fashion, you were responsive to phone calls, and to top it all off, my car was super clean inside and out when I picked it up. I was totally amazed--it looks like someone even shampooed the carpets! I just wanted to say I really appreciate the job your dealership does. And something that seems silly like washing clients' cars prior to handing them back over actually really really makes a difference.   So, thanks for what you do, and thanks for treating me with respect. "After purchasing a XC-V70 2002 from your dealership a few months ago we recently took a vacation to the north woods...We heard a strange sound coming from the driver's side wheel and upon inspection we discovered a scratch and a deep dent in the rim...We called your service department on Saturday..We spoke to Bill Nyhan who did not have the part in stock, but Bill Nyhan would order it from Atlanta.....and we should receive it Thursday. About a minute later BIll Nyhan calls us back to say he found the coil spring at the dealer in Oak Park and  our son was able to Fed-Ex the part to us on our trip. We were able to continue our vacation plans thanks to Bill Nyhan in service. Bill went the extra mile to help us. Bill Nyhan clearly knows what service means.
