Howard Orloff Volvo works with two carefully selected Body Shops to meet our customers’ needs. These body shops have over 50 years of experience between them working on high-end European Luxury automobiles and have been chosen for their commitment to excellence and impeccable workmanship on these fine automobiles. As a convenience to our customers, we offer onsite appraisals of body repairs Tuesday through Thursday from 9am to 11am and 1pm to 3pm; appointments are preferred. Original manufacturer's parts are used on all automobiles whenever possible and though repairs are done outside the dealership at our specially selected Body Shops, Howard Orloff Volvo takes full responsibility for the finished repairs. For your convenience, you entrust your vehicle with us and we take it from there. When repairs are completed, your vehicle will be returned to you here at Howard Orloff Volvo. And we work with most major Insurance companies to better serve your needs. And we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Personal Checks.
